5-DISADVANTAGE SHOWER HABITS

1. Water temperatures over 35℃
Due to the coldness in winter,  most of us tend to use hot shower water and the hotter the better! But this is wrong, the surface of our skin is naturally covered and protected by its sebum, using very hot shower water will destroy the sebum  which this is the reason why some  people having itchy and dry skin after shower! And it is more worsen to those who have sensitive skin, to say good bye to the winter dryness & to stay moist, it is better to shorten the shower time and use shower water below 35℃.


2. Don’t be fascinated with shower bubbles
Girls especially loves bubbles in the shower time but let’s refer to point no. 1, too much bubbles means you are washing the sebum away, not to mention that the harmful chemicals used to make bubbles works!


3. Never replace your shower sponge regularly 
The sponge should be replaced every month or it will become home of bacteria; and dry it properly after each use.


4. Showering in a long time
During our shower, We are also boosting our blood circulation, therefore, people with blood pressure issue shouldn’t shower longer than 10 minutes.


5. Bath towel
Choose towel that is soft & cotton made instead of other materials which might damage our thin skin, apply lotion after shower will enhance the skin moisture as well.
Other than the above points, to treat yourself better, change your regular shower head into ones that can filter out harmful substance such as chlorine, heavy metal also release vitamin C  to prevent hair lose, itchiness and keep your skin shine!
